I have arrived to the post office to collect my parcel before the closing time, which was 1pm. However they had decided to close before that time. Shutters were 90% down. When I crouched down, and knocked on the bottom of the door, they ignored me, and instead closed the entire shutter.
Why have a closing time listed, if you choose to close whenever you want. Extremely dissatisfied! Now they'll be closed tomorrow, so I won't be able to collect.
Lights are still on inside, whilst I sit in my car writing this - terrible customer service, and ethics to close before time.
I even called the store a couple of times, left a message, and again, they have chosen to ignore it.
Very bad attitude and service at this post office. Will not be using it again once I have my collection items.
Even when you go in, they are abrupt, and unfriendly. Regret using this branch for my delivery
