- SJSaira JDec 31, 20221.0I have arrived to the post office to collect my parcel before the closing time, which was 1pm. However they had decided to close before that time. Shutters were 90% down. When I crouched down, and knocked on the bottom of the door, they ignored me, and instead closed the entire shutter. Why have a closing time listed, if you choose to close whenever you want. Extremely dissatisfied! Now they'll be closed tomorrow, so I won't be able to collect. Lights are still on inside, whilst I sit in my car writing this - terrible customer service, and ethics to close before time. I even called the store a couple of times, left a message, and again, they have chosen to ignore it. Very bad attitude and service at this post office. Will not be using it again once I have my collection items. Even when you go in, they are abrupt, and unfriendly. Regret using this branch for my delivery
